THE DISTRICT IS A GROUP OF 33 ROTARY CLUBS WITHIN NEBRASKA LINKED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE PURPOSES. THE ACTIVITIES AND ORGANIZATION OF THE DISTRICT EXISTS SOLELY TO SUPPORT ROTARY CLUBS WITHIN THE DISTRTICT AND ENHANCE THEIR EFFORTS IN FURTHERING THE OBJECTIVE OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM TO ALLOW STUDENTS TO SERVE AS AN AMBASSADOR FOR THEIR COUNTRY AND COMMUNITY; BENEFIT FROM IMMERSION IN ANOTHER CULTURE WHILE ADAPTING TO A NEW WAY OF LIFE; MAKE LIFE-LONG FRIENDS, NOT ONLY WITHIN THEIR HOST COUNTRY BUT ALSO WITH OTHER STUDENTS FROM AROUND THE WORLD AND TO LEARN ABOUT THE PRACTICES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF PEOPLE IN OTHER COUNTRIES TO RETURN HOME WITH A GREATER SENSE OF THE WORLD AND A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF THEMSELVES AND THEIR CULTURE IN ORDER TO FOSTER WORLD UNDERSTANDING.


ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT, TRAINING AND COORDINATION OF 33 ROTARY CLUBS LOCATED IN CENTRAL AND WESTERN NEBRASKA.


ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARDS IS A LEADERSHIP PROGRAM. EACH YEAR, THOUSANDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM. YOUNG PEOPLE AGES 1330 ARE SPONSORED BY ROTARY CLUBS TO ATTEND THE EVENT RUN BY THE CLUB'S DISTRICT COMMITTEE.
