THAT WE, THE MIDWEST INSTITUTE OF PARK EXECUTIVES, MAY BETTER SERVE OUR PEOPLE AND ENGENDER A SPIRIT OF COOPERATION BETWEEN ALL AGENCIES RELATING TO OUR COMMON CAUSE; THAT WE MAY PROMOTE THE ESTABLISHMENT AND THE PROPER USE OF PUBLIC PARKS, GARDENS AND CONSERVATION AND RECREATIONAL GROUNDS; AND THAT WE MAY MEET TOGETHER AT REGULAR INTERVALS TO EXCHANGE IDEAS AND STUDY EACH OTHERS PROBLEMS, FOR THE INDIVIDUAL BETTERMENT OF OURSELVES AND THE GENERAL BETTERMENT OF OUR COMMUNITIES.
