MEAT JUDGING CONFERENCE: PROVIDED ADMINISTRATION FOR A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS TO LEARN AND APPLY SKILL IN MEAT EVALUATION.


MEMBERSHIP SERVICES: PROVIDED MEMBERS WITH CURRENT MEAT SCIENCE INFORMATION AND APPORTUNITIES FOR NETWORKING AND COLLABORATION. PROMOTED RECOGNITION OF THOSE ENGAGED IN MEAT SCIENCE.
