IN KEEPING WITH ITS COMMITMENT TO SERVE ALL MEMBERS OF ITS COMMUNITY, EHSHHC, INC. PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES WHERE THERE IS A NEED, REGARDLESS OF THE PATIENTS' ABILITY TO PAY: - FREE CARE AND/OR SUBSIDIZED CARE- CARE TO PERSONS COVERED BY GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS AT BELOW COST- HEALTH ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY SUCH AS NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING AND MATERIAL CHILD PROGRAMS.EHSHHC MADE 356,689 HOME CARE VISITS DURING 2021. THESE VISITS CONSISTED OF 162,337 NURSING VISITS, 143,649 PHYSICAL THERAPY VISITS, 37,560 OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY VISITS, 4,814 HOME HEALTH AID VISITS, 5,457 SPEECH THERAPY VISITS AND 2,872 MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER VISITS.
