FOUNDED IN 1961, GOTTLIEB MEMORIAL HOSPITAL (GMH), LOCATED IN MELROSE PARK, ILLINOIS, IS A 247-BED ACUTE CARE NOT-FOR-PROFIT COMMUNITY HOSPITAL THAT OFFERS EMERGENCY, INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT MEDICAL SERVICES. GMH, WHICH IS PART OF LOYOLA UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM, PROVIDES VITAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES 24 HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, TO PATIENTS IN VARIOUS SETTINGS, INCLUDING CARDIOVASCULAR /THORACIC, OBSTETRICS, ORTHOPAEDICS, MEDICAL IMAGING, GASTROENTEROLOGY, UROLOGY, HOME CARE AND HOSPICE, TRANSITIONAL CARE, AND ADULT DAY CARE SERVICES. THE HOSPITAL CAMPUS INCLUDES AN EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT AND LEVEL II TRAUMA CENTER WITH HELIPORT, WOUND CARE AND HYPERBARIC MEDICINE CENTER, SLEEP LAB AND DIAGNOSTIC CENTER, BIRTH CENTER, AND THE MARJORIE G.
