THE ORGANIZATION ATTENDS INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS AND CONVENTIONS WHICH HELP THEM PROVIDE INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL TO THEIR MEMBERS TO HELP THEM RUN THEIR BUSINESSES. THEY PROMOTE TO THE PUBLIC THE SERVICES, SKILLS AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THEIR MEMBER CONTRACTORS. THEY ALSO PROMOTE HARMONIOUS LABOR RELATIONS THROUGH ONGOING LABOR-MANAGEMENT MEETINGS AND BY PROMOTING TRAINING AND CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR THEIR MEMBER CONTRACTORS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES.
