HEALTH CENTERS: VNA OPERATES A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY CARE SERVICES INCLUDING; MEDICAL, DENTAL, MENTAL HEALTH, AND CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT CARE. AS A REGIONAL PROVIDER, VNA HAS TEN HEALTH CENTER LOCATIONS IN FOUR COUNTIES PROVIDING 185,526 ANNUAL ENCOUNTERS WITH 75,163 UNDUPLICATED PATIENTS.
WOMEN, INFANTS, & CHILDREN (WIC) PROGRAM: WIC IS A FEDERALLY-FUNDED FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR WOMEN, INFANTS, AND CHILDREN. IT HELPS PREGNANT WOMEN, NEW MOTHERS AND YOUNG CHILDREN EAT WELL AND STAY HEALTHY. WIC IS AVAILABLE TO FAMILIES WITH A LOW TO MEDIUM INCOME.
