COMMUNITY SERVICE - PROMOTING VISION SCREENING FOR THE EARLY DETECTION OF SIGNS OF EYE TROUBLE AMONG ILLINOIS CHILDREN AND PROVIDING DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS WITH EYEGLASSES AND LOW VISION AIDS.
