BAKING AND FOOD TECHNICAL SERVICE - PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO EDUCATE PEOPLE IN THE SCIENCE AND ART OF BAKING, BAKERY MANAGEMENT AND ALLIED SCIENCES THROUGH COURSES, SEMINARS AND PUBLICATIONS.
