THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES ITS MEMBERS WITH WORKFORCE AND 401K ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES SUCH AS HUMAN RELATIONS CONSULTING, COMPREHENSIVE LABOR LAW AUDIT SERVICES, UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ADMINISTRATION, AND INTERNET JOB PORTAL SERVICES SPECIFICALLY TARGETED FOR THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.
THE ASSOCIATION ALSO PROVIDES ITS MEMBERS WITH EDUCATION AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES IN AREAS RELATING TO THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT CONSULTATIONS, SEMINARS AND COURSES, APPRENTICE TRAINING RELATED THEORY INSTRUCTIONS, SCHOOL OF DESIGN CLASSES, COMPUTER LABS, HANDS-ON THE ASSOCIATION ALSO HOSTS A NUMBER OF EVENTS THAT PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH PRESSROOM TRAINING, SALES TRAINING AND CONSULTING, WORKPLACE TRAINING AND NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR METALWORKING SKILLS ASSESSMENTS. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO HOLDS ITS ANNUAL MEETING WHICH PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH A FORUM FOR DISCUSSION OF LATEST DEVELOPMENTS AND INDUSTRY ISSUES.
