ANNUAL MEETING - THE ANNUAL MEETING EDUCATES MEMBERS AND NONMEMBERS ON THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEMS.
CERTIFICATIONS AND PUBLICATIONS.
MEMBERSHIP DUES - MEMBERSHIP DUES PROVIDE MEMBERS OPPORTUNITIES TO CONNECT AND SHARE IDEAS, INSIGHTS & EXPERTISES WITHIN THE PROFESSIONAL MLA COMMUNITIES. MEMBERS ALSO ENJOY ACCESS TO LEARNING THROUGH MLA CONTINUING EDUCATION OFFERINGS WHICH INCLUDE WEBINARS, WEBCASTS, AND ANNUAL MEETING CE. MEMBERS CAN ALSO FIND OPPORTUNITIES TO LEAD AND DISCOVER WITHIN THE MLA COMMITTEES AT THE LOCAL AND NATIONAL LEVELS.
EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS - THE PROGRAMS PROVIDE CONTINUING EDUCATION IN THE MEDICAL LIBRARY FIELD. APPROXIMATELY 2,300 MEMBERS AND NONMEMBERS PARTICIPATE IN THE EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION PROGRAMS.
