THE PHILHARMONIC PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MUSICIANS FROM YOUNG ADULTS AND UP TO BRING THE COMMUNITY OF GREATER INDIANAPOLIS TIMELESS MUSIC THAT HAS SPANNED GENERATIONS. THE PHILHARMONIC ALSO SUPPORTS THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH IN THE ARTS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS SUCH AS STRINGS AND JAZZY THINGS.
