WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM CONDUCTS WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS FOR WOMEN, MANY FROM LOW INCOME COMMUNITIES, THAT TEACH LIFE SKILLS, EMPLOYMENT SKILLS, PERSONAL GROWTH EXERCISES, HEALTH AND NUTRITION INFORMATION, AND OTHER CAPACITY BUILDING AND EMPOWEMENT TRAINING.


HAITI - WWD-F SUPPORTS AMURTEL, A RELIEF ORGANIZATION THAT BENEFITS WOMEN AND CHILDREN. THEY OPERATE A CHILDREN'S HOME AND A FEW K-12 SCHOOLS FOR ABANDONED AND DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN IN THE COUNTRY.


MEXICO - THIS PROJECT ORGANIZES WOMEN EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMS (WEP) FOR WOMEN IN MEXICO AS WELL AS EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT ACTIVITIES FOR POOR CHILDREN.
