THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING TEN RESIDENCES KNOWN AS SPRINGHILL III LOCATED IN THE METRO DETROIT AREA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PURSUANT TO SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
