CONSTRUCTED FACILITY IS LEASED BACK TO THE COUNTY. BOND ISSUE COSTS AND ORIGINAL ISSUE DISCOUNT ON BONDS ARE AMORTIZED OVER THE LIFE OF THE BONDS. BONDS WERE ISSUED TO SUPPORT ENTITY'S EXEMPT PURPOSE. PRE-EXISTING JAIL FACILITY IS DEPRECIATED OVER 40 YEARS S/L METHOD. INTEREST EXPENSE WAS PAID ON BOND DEBT.
