175 UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS TO MEMBERS OF ALPHA GAMMA DELTA ADVANCING AND COMPLETING THEIR EDUCATION AT INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN CRITICAL FIELDS INCLUDING BIOTECHNOLOGY, MEDICINE, EDUCATION, HEALTH CARE, AGRICULTURE, THE ARTS AND MANY MORE.
GRANTS TO 39 ORGANIZATIONS IN 19 STATES AND 2 PROVINCES FIGHTING THE CRITICAL ISSUE OF HUNGER ON THE MOST LOCAL COMMUNITY LEVEL. GRANT SUPPORTED PROGRAMS INCLUDED FRESH PRODUCE, MOBILE PANTRY, FOOD RESCUE, SCHOOL BREAKFAST AND BACKPACK PROGRAMS AND SUPPORTING OUR VULNERABLE SENIOR POPULATION THROUGH MEALS ON WHEELS FOOD DELIVERY.

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDED FUNDING FOR: ACORN - A LEARNING MANAGEMENT PLATFORM ACCESSIBLE TO ALL 145,000 LIVING MEMBERS OF THE FRATERNITY. THE CATALOGUE OF COURSES INCLUDES HOW TO COMMAND A ROOM, MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES, DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION AND BELONGING; HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS, IMPOSTER SYNDROME AND MUCH MORE. ALCOHOL SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM - 1,371 COLLEGIANS FROM 31 CHAPTERS ACROSS NORTH AMERICA PARTICIPATED IN ON-SITE TRAINING, FOCUSING ON UNDERSTANDING EFFECTS OF ALCOHOL, REDUCING RISKY BEHAVIORS AND EVALUATION OF PERSONAL CONSUMPTION BEHAVIORS.DEI SPIRIT WEEK PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT - LAUNCHING IN JULY 2024, MORE THAN 8.000 COLLEGIATE WOMEN WILL LEARN HOW THEIR LANGUAGE AND ACTIONS IMPACT AND INFLUENCE INCLUSIVE AND NON-INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENTS, AND HOW TO LEAD WELCOMING AND INCLUSIVE CONVERSATIONS.EMPOWER - ALPHA GAMMA DELTA'S LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR THE HIGHEST MOTIVATED LEVEL OF LEADERS. LED BY 8 ALUMNAE PROFESSIONALS AND 8 PEER MENTORS, 96 COLLEGIATE WOMEN FROM ACROSS NORTH AMERICA WOMEN PARTICIPATED IN THIS COHORT MODEL WHERE THEY DEFINED THEIR PERSONAL VISIONS AND LEADERSHIP STYLES AND CREATED STRATEGIES TO SET GOALS AND BUILD RELATIONSHIPS TO POSITIVELY IMPACT THEIR COMMUNITIES. THE PROGRAM CONCLUDED WITH AN IN-PERSON, WEEKEND CAPSTONE EXPERIENCE. LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT PROGRAM - 147 HANDS-ON LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND COACHING VISITS DELIVERED TO 18-22 YEAR OLD COLLEGIATE WOMEN AT 89 ALPHA GAMMA DELTA CHAPTERS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA, IMPACTING THE MAJORITY OF OUR 11,000 COLLEGIATE WOMEN. MENTAL HEALTH - THE CALL TO CONTINUE SUPPORTING MENTAL HEALTH INITIATIVES REMAINS LOUD AND CLEAR FROM OUR 18-22 YEAR OLD MEMBERS. GRANT FUNDS UNDERWROTE SELF-CARE INVENTORIES, GROUP CONSULTATIONS AND MICRO-LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOCUSING ON TOPICS SUCH AS CONFIDENCE, TRUST BUILDING, BELONGING AND ENGAGEMENT, BOUNDARIES, WORK-LIFE INTEGRATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY. WHILE FOCUSED ON OUR YOUNGEST MEMBERS, THESE RESOURCES ARE AVAILABLE TO OUR FULL MEMBERSHIP OF OVER 145,000 WOMEN.
