DFCC GRANTS - DRUG FREE COMMUNITY COUNCIL GRANTS (BOTH FEDERAL AND LOCAL GRANTS). GRANTS ARE USED TO HELP IDENTIFY HARMS AND NEEDS IN THE AREAS OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND OTHER DRUGS WITHIN THE ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA AREA.

ATR - INDIANA ACCESS TO RECOVERY (ATR) IS A GRANT PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES VOUCHERS FOR THE PURCHASE OF CHEMICAL ADDITION TREATMENT AND RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES. THIS PROGRAM IS FUNDED BY THE FEDERAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (SAMHSA) AND IS PASSED THROUGH THE STATE OF INDIANA'S DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION. THIS PROGRAM IS DRIVEN BY CLIENT CHOICE.
