THE FOUNDATION OFFERS POLICE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY, BASIC PLICE LEADERSHIP COURSE, AND POLICE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM. THE PROGRAMS OFFER A COMPREHENSIVE, UP-TO-DATE-TRAINING CURRICULUM THAT EXTENDS AND FULFILLS THE VISION OF THE FOUNDATION.
STANDARD TESTING - TO ASSIST AGENCIES IN INDIANA WITH THEIR NEW HIRE AND PROMOTIONAL TESTING PROCESSES, THE INDIANA ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE OFFERS EXAMS, DEVELOPED BY STANARD AND ASSOCIATES, INC. THE FOUNDATION IS INVOLVED IN THE SELLING/LICENSING OF A SET OF LAW ENFORCEMENT CERTIFICATIONS TEST PREPARATION MATERIALS AS WELL AS THE TESTS.
