THE PURPOSE IS TO LINK HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS TO EXISTING SERVICES; INCREASING PUBLIC AWARENESS THROUGH EDUCATION; IDENTIFYING NEEDED SERVICES AND, IF NECESSARY, IMPLEMENTING THEM AND TO PREVENT HOMELESSNESS. THE ORGANIZATION'S DIRECT SERVICE TEAMS PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT, OUTREACH, ENGAGEMENT, AND REFERRAL SERVICES TO THE HOMELESS IN VANDERBURGH COUNTY.
