GREENCROFT MANOR II, INC. (MANOR II) IS A NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY BENEFIT CORPORATION THAT PROVIDES RETIREMENT HOUSING SERVICES TO 150 RESIDENTS ON A 170-ACRE CAMPUS. MANOR II IS AFFILIATED WITH TWO HUD HOUSING ORGANIZATIONS AND A CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY (CCRC) CALLED GREENCROFT GOSHEN (GG). MANOR II'S SERVICES ARE INTEGRATED INTO GG'S SERVICES. MANOR II ALSO PROVIDES INDEPENDENT LIVING HOUSING SERVICES. RESIDENTS OF MANOR II ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ADVANCED SERVICES OFFERED BY GG INCLUDING ASSISTED LIVING, SKILLED NURSING, ADULT DAY PROGRAMS, SENIOR CENTER PROGRAMS, AND HOME CARE SERVICES. MANOR II RESIDENTS PAY A SUBSIDIZED MONTHLY FEE FOR RENT.
