SPECIAL PROJECTS: SPECIAL PROJECTS INCLUDE THE WORK PROJECTS FOR THE ASSOCIATION'S ENERGY, FIRE PROTECTION AND INSURANCE RELATED MATTERS, TECHNICAL, AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEES. IT INCLUDES BASIC RESEARCH AND TESTING, CODE AND STANDARDS ACTIVITIES, ENERGY STUDIES, AND COMMUNICATION. THESE ACTIVITIES HELP TO FURTHER THE ASSOCIATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE USES OF METAL BUILDINGS AND DEAL WITH TECHNICAL AND TRADE PROMOTIONAL PROBLEMS PERTINENT TO THE INDUSTRY.
RESEARCH AND ENGINEERING: DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH AND ENGINEERING IS FOR THE SERVICES OF ENGINEERS AND ARCHITECTS.
