Part 3 - Line 4a

PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL OPPORTUNITIES AND ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATIONIN THE APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AND CULTURAL PROGRAMS AMONG RESIDENTS OFTUSCARAWAS AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES. SERVE AS A FOCAL POINT TO DESIGN,OPERATE AND PROMOTE LOCAL ARTS AND CULTURAL PROGRAMS. COURSES IN THEVARIOUS ART FORMS ARE OFFERED WITH SUPPLIES AND INSTRUCTION BY LOCAL ANDREGIONAL ARTISTS. APPROXIMATELY 400-500 STUDENTS ATTEND THESE HANDS-ONCOURSES.
