THE FOUNDATION MERELY MAKES GRANTS TO INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS RATHER THAN MAINTAINING SIGNIFICANT INVOLVEMENT, HOWEVER CASE HISTORIES REGARDING RECIPIENTS ARE KEPT DOCUMENTING NAMES, ADDRESSES, PURPOSE OF AWARD, MANNER OF SELECTION, AND RELATIONSHIP (IF ANY) TO DONORS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS AND TRUSTEES OF THE FOUNDATION.
