TO ENHANCE FACILTIES FOR THE ATHLETES FROM THE STARK AREA TO USE. ADDITIONAL FUNDS WERE USED TO BUILD BALL FIELDS WHICH WILL BE USED IN 2021 AND IN THE FUTURE. SUBCONTRACT LABOR WAS CAPITALIZED 83,730 AND MATERIAL USED CAPITALIZED 17,295.
