TOPICS COVERED KEY INDICATORS, LANDSCAPE DESIGN FOR DIFFICULT SITES, CSPA, SUSTAINING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, RE-EVALUATE COMPANY AND HIRING NEEDS.IN PERSON EVENTS FOR 799 ATTENDEES.TOPICS COVERED LANDSCAPE AWARDS, OLA GOLF CLASSIC, LANDSCAPE OPERATIONS FACILITY TOUR, ANNUAL MEETING,GROWTH STRATEGY.PROVIDED 9 IN PERSON SEMINARS TO 530 ATTENDEES. TOPICS INCLUDE SNOW & ICE MGT, PLANT ID CLINIC, PLANT HEALTHCARE, GREAT LAKES CONF, PRUNING CLINIC,STONE VENEER.PROVIDED THE OLA NEWSLETTER, THE GROWING CONCERN, ON A MONTHLY BASIS TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS.
