TO PRESERVE MEMORIAL HALL. TO MAINTAIN SOLDIERS ROOM ON SECOND FLOOR OF MEMORIAL HALL. TO DISPLAY MILITARY MEMORABILIA & ARTIFACTS. RO PROMOTE & DEVELOP COMMUNITY INTEREST IN PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORY OF LOCAL VETERANS. TO DO SUCH OTHER LAWFUL ACTS OR ACTIVITIES TO ACCOMPLISH IT CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS CONTEMPLATED BY SECTION 501 (C) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND THE NO-PROFIT CORPORATION LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO.
