PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING: OPERATION OF 32 UNITS OF PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR HOMELESS, SINGLE-PARENT FAMILIES. PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, FOOD, CLOTHING AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. HOUSING LOCATION, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND INTENSIVE CARE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES TRANSITIONING FROM OUR PROGRAM INTO PERMANENT COMMUNITY HOUSING. YOUTH SERVICES PROGRAM: COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM FOR HOMELESS CHILDREN RESIDING IN PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING. INCLUDES INTENSIVE CARE MANAGEMENT, TUTORING, ACADEMIC LIAISON SERVICES, SUMMER CAMP AND RECRETIONAL ACTIVITIES.
