DIRECT LABOR AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS COSTS INCURRED PROVIDING SAVINGS DEPOSIT SERVICES, ORIGINATING NEW LOANS AND SERVING THE LOAN PORTFOLIO FOR MEMBERS.
