WAS FORMED TO BE OPERATED AS A BUSINESS LEAGUE TO PROMOTE THE COMMON BUSINESS INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERS IN THEIR PURSUIT OF THE CEMETERY BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY AND THEREBY ASSURE AND PROTECT THE INTERESTS AND FUTURE INTERESTS OF THE PUBLIC WITH RESPECT TO THE DEATH CARE INDUSTRY. IN PURSUING SUCH COMMON BUSINESS INTERESTS THE CORPORATION ALSO FOCUSES ON CONSUMER TRENDS IN THE DEATH CARE INDUSTRY, SUCH AS MEMORIAL, BURIAL AND FUNERAL PRACTICES IN AN EFFORT TO BRING QUALITY, COMFORT AND EASE TO THE PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY IN A TIME OF GRIEF AND NEED.
