THE MISSION OF OZAUKEE YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (OYHA) IS TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL YEAR-ROUND ICE BASED PROGRAMS, TRAINING SERVICES AND RECREATIONAL OPPURTUNITIES IN A SAFE AND FUN ATMOSPHERE THAT PROMOTES WELLNESS, SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIALIZATION FOR OZAUKEE COUNTY.

ICE CENTER OPERATIONS:THE OZAUKEE ICE CENTER IS HOME TO MANY HOCKEY ORGANIZTIONS FROM YOUTH HOCKEY TO ADULT PROGRAMS. IT IS THE HOME OF THE OZAUKEE YOUTH HOCKEY LEAGUE, LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS AS WELL AS CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY'S MENS AND WOMENS HOCKEY TEAMS. THE ICE CENTER ALSO OFFERS PUBLIC SKATING SESSIONS, CAMPS AND DRY FLOOR RENTAL FOR OTHER SEASONAL SPORTS TEAMS.


YOUTH HOCKEY PROGRAMS:ORGANIZED YOUTH HOCKEY TEAMS FOR BOYS AND GIRLS AGES 6 - 18.


OTHER PROGRAMS:THE MILWAUKEE PHOENIX PROGRAM IS A BEFORE AND AFTER USA HOCKEY TIER II PROGRAM DEDICATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY PLAYERS.HOCKEY LEAGUES AVAILABLE FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS INCLUDING NOVICE,INTERMEDIATE AND COMPETITIVE PLAYERS. LEARN TO SKATE CLASSES AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC AT THE OZAUKEE ICE CENTER AND OFFERS MULTIPLE LEVELS OF TRAINING FOR BOTH CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN THE OZAUKEE COMMUNITY. THE PROGRAM IS ALIGNED WITH US FIGURE SKATING'S 'LEARN TO SKATE USA' PROGRAM AND IS TAUGHT BY COACHING STAFF AND OTHER TRAINED PROFESSIONALS.THE PROGRAM STRIVES TO OFFER SKILLS THAT CAN CREATE A SAFE AND LIFELONG SPORT AND OPPURTUNITIES TO TRANSITION TO ADVANCED ICE SPORTS.
