STAFF TO PROPERLY MANAGE A 24 HOUR/ 7 DAY PER WEEK SHELTER AND PROVIDE GUIDENCE, ENCOURAGEMENT AND OVERSIGHT TO A POPULATION WITH ADDICTION AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ISSUES.
