THE ORGANIZATION HAS PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO 37 HOUSEHOLDS WITH FORECLOSURE PREVENTION COUNSELING, CONDUCTED 15 FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS WORKSHOPS WITH 41 HOUSEHOLDS BEING EDUCATED, 54 FAIR HOUSING TRAINING/TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE WORKSHOP/COMMUNITY MEETINGS AND ASSISTED 27,488 INDIVDUALS WITH LANDLORD AND TENANT ISSUES, 161 FAIR HOUSING CASES, 411 PERSONS RECEIVED ASSISTANCE WITH HOUSING DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINTS, DISTRIBUTED OVER 13,768 PIECES OF FAIR HOUSING EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH, CONDUCTED 5 INFORMAL HEARINGS FOR THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY, 2 INFORMAL HEARINGS FOR THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, PROVIDED RENTAL ASSISTANCE TO 132 HOUSEHOLDS AND PROVIDED RENTAL ASSISTANCE EDUCATION TO 4,360 HOUSEHOLDS.
