TO CREATE AND PROMOTE A FAVORABLE BUSINESS CLIMATE FOR EMERGING BUSINESSES,ADVANCE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, PROVIDE FAIR AND EQUITABLE ACCESS TO THE MARKET PLACE FOR LATINO COMPANIES, AND TO SUPPORT EDUCATION AND CULTURE INITIATIVES FOR THE GREATER SAN DIEGO HISPANIC COMMUNITY.

IN 2020 THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE REACHED OUT TO THE GREATER COMMUNITY OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY TO HELP THE STRUGGLING CITIZENS AND BUSINESSES DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. THEY ENGAGED IN TEACHING STRUGGLING BUSINESSES HOW TO OPERATED DURING THE PANDEMIC. THEY PASSED OUT GIFT CARDS TO STRUGGLING INDIVIDUALS, ALONG WITH MANY OTHER TYPES OF NECESSITIES.
THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HOLDS MONTHLY GATHERINGS FOR MEMBERS AND POTENTIAL MEMBERS TO PROMOTE AND ENHANCE THE GOALS OF THE CHAMBER. IT ALSO FUNCTIONS AS A NETWORKING GROUP TO RECRUIT AND EXPAND THE DIFFERENT BUSSINESSES AND TRADES OWNED AND OPERATED BY HISPANICS WITHIN THE GREATER SAN DIEGO AREA.DUE TO COVID, VERY FEW MONTHLY GATHERINGS TOOK PLACE.
THIS IS OUR YEARLY CELEBRATION OF THE VARIOUS SUCCESS STORIES IN THE HISPANIC BUSINESS COMMUNITY. PROMOTION OF THIS GALA EVENT IS RECOGNIZED COUNTY WIDE. AWARDS FOR ACHIEVEMENT ARE PRESENTED TO THOSE HONORED THROUGH THEIR INDIVIDUAL ENDEAVORS THAT ENABLE THEM TO EXCEL AND EXPAND THE SCOPE OF BUSSINESSES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY.THIS YEAR THE GALA WAS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID. SOME MONEY WAS COLLECTED AND PAID OUT. THOSE MONIES WILL BE USDED IN THE FOLLOWING YEAR.
