PATHWAYS OF HOPE (THE "ORGANIZATION")LEADS A COMMUNITY EFFORT TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO FOOD, SHELTER, AND HOUSING TO THOSE EXPERIENCING HUNGER AND HOMELESSNESS IN NORTH ORANGE COUNTY. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES DIFFERENT TYPES OF HOUSING PROGRAMS: SHELTER, RAPID RE-HOUSING, PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, AND PREVENTION. EVERY YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OVER 100,000 MEALS AND THOUSANDS OF POUNDS OF FOOD THROUGH THE HUB OF HOPE FOOD DISTRIBUTION AND RESOURCE CENTER. THREE TIMES PER MONTH, HOUSEHOLDS CAN VISIT THE ORGANIZATION AND PARTICIPATE IN A "CLIENT CHOICE" MODEL PROGRAMMING WHICH ALLOWS COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO CHOOSE THE FOOD THAT BEST MEETS THEIR NUTRITIONAL AND HEALTH NEEDS FROM A VARIETY OF OPTIONS.
