MARY TOWER LOCATED IN LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. AS AMENDED. ON SEPTEMBER 17, 2015, THE ORGANIZATION ENTERED INTO A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT AND JOINT ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS TO SELL ST. MARY TOWER TO MERCY HOUSING. THE SALE CLOSED ON JUNE 17, 2016.
