THE ANNUAL CAREER SHOWCASE EVENT, ORGANIZED BY THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BOARD FOUNDATION IN COLLABORATION WITH THE PALM BEACH COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, AIMS TO FACILITATE MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS BETWEEN 11TH AND 12TH-GRADE STUDENTS AND PROMINENT BUSINESS LEADERS IN VARIOUS INDUSTRIES THAT DRIVE PALM BEACH COUNTY'S ECONOMY. THESE INDUSTRIES INCLUDE AVIATION, FINANCIAL SERVICES, TECHNOLOGY, BIOTECH, MANUFACTURING, AND LOGISTICS.PRIOR TO THE EVENT, STUDENTS RECEIVE VALUABLE PREPARATION IN ESSENTIAL SKILLS SUCH AS INTERVIEWING TECHNIQUES, RESUME PRESENTATION, APPROPRIATE ATTIRE, AND FINANCIAL LITERACY.
