IT ADVOCATES FOR PRACTICES, POLICIES AND LAWS THAT ENSURE FAIR GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS, A STRONG LOCAL INDUSTRY AND PROTECTION OF THE PUBLIC INTEREST.
