AAU TEAM PROGRAMS 10U 16U TO OFFER YEAR-ROUND PLAYER DEVELOPMENT IN COMMITTED, HIGH POTENTIAL AAU TEAM ENVIRONMENT BASED ON TEAM ESFACES POSITIVE AND HOLISTIC APPROACH. TEAM PROGRAMS INCLUDE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, STRENGTH TRAINING, MENTAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, SMALL GROUP WORKOUTS, LEAGUE PLAY AND TOURNAMENTS. USUALLY SERVING OVER 160 YOUTH SPANNING 7 TEAMS FOR FALL/WINTER SEASON AND 10 TEAMS FOR SPRING/SUMMER.
