OVER THE PAST SIX YEARS, JESSICAS LOVE FOUNDATION (JLF) HAS SPEARHEADED THIS PROGRAM IN THE SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO REGION FOCUSED ON INTERCONNECTING, EDUCATING, AND PARTNERSHIP BUILDING WITH KEY LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STAKEHOLDERS FROM THE PUBLIC, PRIVATE, AND PHILANTHROPIC SECTORS IN SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A STRONG SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURIAL AND IMPACT INVESTING ECOSYSTEM FOR GROWING WHOLE COMMUNITY HEALTH AND WEALTH IN THE REGION. THIS INITIATIVE HAS BEEN SUPPORTED BY JLF THROUGH A MIXTURE OF DIRECT OPERATIONAL EXPENSES, CONTRACTED CONSULTANTS, AND GRANT-MAKING. IN 2021, THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES WERE SUPPORTED UNDER THIS PROGRAM: O NEW MEXICO IMPACT INVESTING COLLABORATIVE (NMIIC): NMIIC IS A FUNDER-DRIVEN INITIATIVE DESIGNED TO CATALYZE AND SCALE IMPACT INVESTING IN NEW MEXICO THROUGH INVESTMENT COLLABORATION AND EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT. SUPPORT GIVEN IN 2021: ALLOCATION OF STAFF TIME + GRANT MADE TO NMIIC VIA NEW MEXICO ASSOCIATION OF GRANTMAKERS O ALLIANCE FOR LOCAL ECONOMIC PROS


IMPACT NETWORK SANTA BARBARA IN 2019, JLF BEGAN EXPLORING THE POTENTIAL FOR DEVELOPING A SECOND IMPACT NETWORK INITIATIVE IN THE SANTA BARBARA/CALIFORNIA CENTRAL COAST REGION. IN 2020 AND 2021, DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, THIS PROGRAMATIC ACTIVITY HAS BEEN PUT ON HOLD.
