THE TOP ONLINE COURSES DURING 2021 WERE: INSURANCE FRAUD BASICS, INTRODUCTION TO INSURANCE FRAUD INVESTIVATION, RECORDED STATEMENTS, BODY SHOP FRAUD, AND LISTENING FOR DECEPTION IN CLAIMS INTERVIEWS. IN 2021, 13,233 NICTA CE'S WERE PROCESSED.
