MARION CULTURAL ALLIANCE'S MISSION IS TO BE A CATALYST AND AN ADVOCATE OF INCREASED CULTURAL IMPACT IN THE COMMUNITY, THEREBY ENRICHING THE LIVES OF PEOPLE THROUGH SERVICE TO MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. MARION CULTURAL ALLIANCE SUPPORTS ACTIVITIES RELATING TO THE ARTS, FINE ARTS, HISTORICAL AND SCIENTIFIC MUSEUMS AND SPECIFIC EDUCATION THROUGH GRANTS, ADVOCACY, FUNDRAISING AND PARTNERSHIPS.

Part 3 - Line 4a

PROGRAMS DEVOTED TO INCREASING AND SUPPORTING CULTURAL ACTIVITIES IN MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ORGANIZATION GOALS INCLUDE ASSURING ACCESS FOR ALL RESIDENTS TO CULTURAL ACTIVITIES, ADVOCATING FOR CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND CULTURAL EDUCATION. THE ALLIANCE ALSO STRIVES TO DEVELOP FUTURE AUDIENCES, PROVIDE A SUPPORT NETWORK AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS AMONG CULTURAL AGENCIES AND TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP IN ADVANCING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CULTURAL ACTIVITIES. IN ADDITION THE ALLIANCE OPERATES THE BRICK CITY CENTER FOR THE ARTS GALLERY.
