IN THE UNITED STATES, THE CENTER 1 CONDUCTED A COMPREHENSIVE REVEIW OF MARYLAND CLIMATE CHANGE POLICY AND DEVELOPED A COMPREHENSIVE FRAMEWORK ON CLIMATE CHANGE POLICY LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTICS AND 2 CONDUCTED A STUDY TO COMPARE MASSACHUSETTS LEADERSHIP ACTIONS TO ESTABLISHED FRAMEWORK WITH FOLLOW UP RECOMMENDATIONS. ON ITS INTERNATIONAL FRONT, THE CENTER 1 REVIEWED AND UPDATED RWANDAS NATIONAL ENERGY PLAN, 2 EVALUATED RISK FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH UGANDAS REBUILDING OF ITS POWER PLANTS, 3 PROVIDED SUB NATIONAL CLIMATE CHANGE POLICY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT FOR BRAZIL, MEXICO AND PERU AND 4 PROVIDED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO GUINEA BISSAU TO ESTABLISH A TEMPLATE FOR CLIMATE RISK AND VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT IN THE REGION.
