THE MISSION OF THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF SERVICE COORDINATORS (AASC) IS TO ADVANCE THE INTERESTS OF THE SERVICE COORDINATOR PROFESSION AND TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS TO ITS MEMBERS.

TO ENHANCE THE PROFESSIONALISM OF ITS CONSTITUENTS THROUGH ITS TRAINING AND NETWORKING CONFERENCES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEER NETWORKING IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING INFORMATION ON "BEST PRACTICES" PROGRAMS. PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH GUIDANCE AND EDUCATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS OF PRACTICE AND PROGRAMMATIC POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ENSURING PROGRAM CONSISTENCY AND SOUND SOCIAL WORK PRACTICE WITHIN EXISTING HOUSING REGULATIONS.
