ROCKING HORSE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER IS A MEDICAL HOME WHERE FAMILIES FEEL THE EMBRACE OF COMPASSIONATE CARE. THE SERVICES OFFERED HERE ARE COMPLETELY COMPREHENSIVE AND ARE DESIGNED TO OFFER HELP, HEALING AND HOPE TO EACH PERSON WHO WALKS THROUGH THE DOOR. FROM NEW LIFE TO LONG LIFE, ROCKING HORSE WELCOMES EACH PATIENT WITH OPEN ARMS AND PROVIDES THEM THE CARE THEY NEED AND DESERVE. OBSTETRICS, DEVELOPMENTAL SCREENINGS, PARENT EDUCATION, CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL HEALTHCARE NEEDS, BEHAVIORAL MEDICINE, SUPPORT GROUPS, DENTAL SERVICES, CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT, MEDICAID ASSISTANCE, CHIROPRACTIC, MEDICATION-ASSISTED SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT, AND COORDINATION OF COMMUNITY RESOURCES ARE JUST A FEW OF THE SERVICES ROCKING HORSE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER PROVIDES.
