THE ORGANIZATION SERVES STUDENTS IN READING, WRITING, AND SPELLING METHODS, CRITICAL THINKING, FUNCTIONAL LIFE SKILLS, AND ENGLISH FOR SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES. 1. ADULT BASIC LITERACY EDUCATION: 9 STUDENTS WILL SHOW SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT UPON REASSESSMENT AFTER 50 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION 2. ENGLISH SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES: 61 STUDENTS WILL SHOW SIGNIFICANT SUCCESS UPON REASSESSMENT AFTER 50 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION. 3. 75% OF THE 25 TRAINED TUTORS WILL COMPLETE CERTIFIED TUTOR TRAINING. 4. 85% OF TEACHING CHILDREN TO READ STUDENTS WILL ACHIEVE SUCCESS UPON REASSESSMENT AFTER 6 MONTHS. 5. TEACHING CHILDREN TO READ WILL ATTRACT AND PREPARE 30 STUDENTS TO MEET WITH A TUTOR.
