THE CORPORATION LEASES OFFICE BUILDINGS TO BUCKEYE HILLS HOCKING VALLEY REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (BHHVRDD), WHICH INDIRECTLY BENEFITS ALL RESIDENTS OF THE EIGHT COUNTY REGION. BHHVRDD IS AN ORGANIZATION COMPRISED OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUBDIVISIONS AND SERVES THE ECONOMIC NEEDS OF RESIDENTS IN AN EIGHT COUNTY AREA OF APPALACHIAN OHIO.
