HOME HOSPICE SERVICES 30,000 PATIENT SERVICE DAYS IN 2021 ACROSS 6 COUNTIES. 671 PATIENTS ADMITTED BETWEEN THE HOME AND INPATIENT UNITS. COMPASSIONATE CARE CENTER, SUBSET HOSPICE OWNED INPATIENT CENTER HAD 1,668 PATIENT SERVICE DAYS IN 2021. 3,256 PATIENTS ADMITTED TO HOSPICE OWNED INPATIENT CENTER IN 2021. PALLIATIVE PROGRAM HAD AN AVERAGE OF 35 PATIENTS SERVICED EACH MONTH DURING 2021.
