OAA PRIMARILY FOCUSES ON THE DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT ISSUES THAT AFFECT THE OPERATION AND PROFITABILITY OF RENTAL HOUSING. OAA REPRESENTS THE OWNERSHIP OF MANAGEMENT OF MORE THAN 500,000 UNITS OF RENTAL HOUSING THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO. THE MAJORITY OF OAA MEMBERS ARE OHIO-BASED COMPANIES.
