STUDENT MUSIC ACTIVITIES AND PERFORMANCES: STUDENTS IN BAND, ORCHESTRA, CHOIR AND MUSIC PROGRAMS IN DUBLIN CITY SCHOOLS, 3 SECONDARY, 5 MIDDLE AND 14 ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS BENEFIT FROM MARCHING BAND AND OTHER SCHOOL RELATED MUSIC PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES WHICH INCREASE MUSICAL TALENT, LIFE SKILLS AND SELF-ESTEEM.
INSTRUMENTS, UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT: MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT ALONG WITH THE SERVICING OF THESE ITEMS ARE PURCHASED AND DONATED TO THE DUBLIN CITY SCHOOLS TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL GOALS OF THE MUSIC DIRECTORS AND EDUCATORS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE STUDENTS.
SCHOLARSHIPS ARE GIVEN TO STUDENTS ENABLING THEM TO ATTEND COLLEGE AND/OR MUSIC PROGRAMS AND CLINICS THAT ARE HELD TO ENHANCE MUSIC SKILLS.
