RAPTOR INC IS A 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO THE CONSERVATION OF BIRDS OF PREY VIA REHABILITAION, EDUCATION AND RESEARCH. WE HOLD THE PROPER STATE AND FEDERAL PERMITS THAT ALLOW US TO REHABILITATE OVER 300 HAWKS, OWLS, FALCONSOR VULTURES ANNUALLY AND DELIVER OVER 350 EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS EACH YEAR

OUR MISSION OF RAPTOR INC IS ACCOMPLISHED BY 70 VOLUNTEERS AND 2 STAFF MEMBERS. 52% OF REHABILITATED INJURED OR ORPHANED BIRDS OF PREY WERE RELEASED FOR THE 14 COUNTIES SERVED IN OHIO AND KENTUCKY. EDUCATORS CULTIVATED RESPECT FOR NATURE AND INSPIRE CONSERVATION ACTION. EDUCATIONAL TRAINING PROMOTES BEST PRACTICES OF ANIMAL WELFARE FOR OUR 13 PERMANENT AVIAN AMBASSODORS WHICH GO TO EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS. THE ECOLOGY WE LEARN THROUGH RESEARCH SUPPORTS OUR REHABIBLITAION AND EDUCATION
